Worst after care and customer experience! I’ve booked a combo lash and brow lift and ended up with an allergy to my eyelid after repeating multiple times to the lash tech I was allergic to tint. I’ve been doing lash lifts for the past 2 years and never had an issue with the few lash techs I told about my allergy. I wanted a last minute treatment before flying back home for Xmas. No patch test or form was required before proceeding (which should have been a red flag). After informing them about the reaction, I’ve been told eye shields used “might contain” colour residue??? And that they don’t take responsibility (and also didn’t seem to care at all). Like what don’t you understand about ALLERGY? It’s very serious and led me to go emergency so it wouldn’t get worst. So disappointed with the customer service not caring at all about giving me a refund because on top of not having the expected result I end up with swollen eye, skin burns and irritation and can’t wear makeup or look good for the holiday season and God knows for how long (still experiencing it after 7 days).

Thanks for the treatment. It was alright, however, I didn’t enjoy a dry manicure as it’s not as accurate and more rough and painful than a wet one.

I have been to Dashl twice now - for a Gel Non Toxic Manicure and a separate removal - both with Shannon. Both experiences were pleasant and super relaxed, very enjoyable. My nails look great, super clean, neat and actually quite perfect. I like their whole mantra of gentle and non-toxic, I like their decor, and it was nice they were inside of H&M. I’ll be back!

Nice Tanya- very friendly! However, my eyebrows are far too dark as many times I was saying I don’t like the colour. My skin was burning, and was red around eyebrows… but it’s seem there was nothing could be done about it. Be honest, I expected much better and more professional service for that price. Sorry!

Shannon is the best! So attentive to details and precise, very meticulous and patient! She shared a few tips with me how to file my nails in case of breakage, reccomend to go short bails and grow them healthy. Have enjoyed the time spent there and had a slim french perffectly done!

everything was wonderful. The pedicure was done to a high standard and the master was very friendly and courteous. The pedicure is holding up well. there is only one wish - that the master has a machine for removing gel polish and performing a hardware pedicure/manicure, because with a machine it turns out more accurately and much faster!

I had a manicure and pedicure done by the talented Ashanti. I am very pleased with the result and the great service. I had a specific colour in mind and they went above and beyond to make the colour I wanted and it turned out great! The place is well kept and all of the staff are very nice. They offered a cold/hot drink and a little chocolate, which was a nice touch.

Thank you Maria for fixing my brows. I have been trying to get them to grow and look fuller and with Maria's advice they are growing. I had the brow lift treatment today. When I walked in I was greeted by a lady sat on her phone behind a nail station to then be sent to my last technician. The lash technician was sat reclined on the chair looking as if she had fallen asleep, she got up mumbled and looked half asleep. I had to ask her if she was ok. It was as if they were not expecting me, and at this point I was very close to leaving. The lash technician actually did a great job but first impressions were terrible and I won’t be back again.

Today I was supposed to have an appointment (manicure), but my nail master said that she couldn’t remove my polish because it’s toxic gel. So I didn’t have my nails done. I want to ask for return of money as a service was not done. Thank you!

I arrived 5 mins early, no one was there i had booked a 15 min consultation. I waited for over 10 mins and no one came back. I asked a member of staff where the person was they had no idea and couldn’t find them so I left.

Not good - the french tips are all different sizes and the gel is peeling already 🙄 Not worth the money at all!

Please hire new staff, hire staff that are passion about what they do and know what a spoolie/knowledgable with beauty terminology. Overall I didn’t have a great experience, my technician had EarPods in her ears throughout the whole service. Didn’t ask me if I liked the shape of my brow after threading/how dark I wanted my brows. I’m just disappointed.

Best eyelash perm I’ve ever had! Tatiana worked super precisely and made sure every single lash was perfectly curled. When my lashes didn’t quite curl the way she wanted the first time, she invited me to come back for free a second time so I could have better results. She has a gentle touch, is very experienced and I will 100% be going back to her for all my future eyelash perms.

Tetiana is very knowledgable and takes pride in her work. She was interested to find out how I would like my brows and managed my expectations. Tetiana talked me through everything she did thoroughly and provided after care advice. The result is brilliant I was stunned at how she transformed my brows! I am so glad to have found a new eyebrow technician! I will travel to have her care for my brows! I am looking forward to visiting again at the end of the month and purchasing some of the products she recommended. The chocolate was very yummy too! Thank you Tetiana! X

Being a Swede in London, it's refreshing to see yet another Swedish brand launching in the UK. I have used their services in Sweden and will continue to use them in London. Their saloon is beautiful, and the team are so welcoming and accommodating. Can recommend it to anyone wanting to do lashes, hands, feet or brows! I have done the pedicure but also pretty gel nails :)

I didn’t end up having my treatment as they were running so late. It was 20 mins turned into an hour wait. I appreciate taking time with clients but try to extend slot times to give yourself the time. Don’t expect to be seen on time.

Hi! One week ago was my first visit to dashl. Everything was beautiful and nice, with great customer service. But gel polish starts to sliver after a few days:( I'm so sad because it's only one week left and I need to pay again for new manicure :((

My mom and I LOVED our brows and lashes lift & tint combo. We had the absolute best treatment from Tatiana in DASHL London Regent Street. This wonderful lady went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable.

The lash lift and tint itself was good but I’m so disappointed to find out that a product used at the end (a conditioning serum) was not even vegetarian never mind vegan. This was advertised as a vegan lash lift. To make it worse I purchased this product to take home. I had seen advertised the plant based and cruelty free product line but seems like other products are used and sold. Such a shame.

Visited Alina today for lash lift and brow treatment. She’s incredibly friendly. Both treatments had the best results I’ve ever had as I’ve had both treatments previously elsewhere, also the lash lift process was comfortable no irritation experienced at all. The brows look great too! Will visit again in future.

I had a brow and lash lift, Sofia did my brows and I loved them, she was super nice and friendly, explained everything to me really thoroughly and kept checking in to make sure I was comfortable. The whole experience was great. My lashes were done by someone else, it was ok but they don’t look much different so it feels like a bit of a waste. Maybe it’s my eyelashes though! I don’t think I’d do that treatment again but will definitely be back for my brows :) Will b

I loved the treatment, Sofia was great. Unfortunately the OPI gels only lasted 4 days. Which was a shame, as I've had them before and the lasted the full 2 weeks. Pedicure is still looking cute though.
